Bailey is originally from Los Angeles, California. He began acting professionally at the age of eight, and has worked in television, film, commercial work, and on the stage.

Bailey graduated from Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a BFA in Musical Theatre, and an emphasis in directing. He currently resides in New York City.
